Many customers inquire regarding a MEDISCAN demo (demonstration model) unit to test on site before purchasing. While this is a wonderful concept, the unit’s size, shipping weight and shipping cost currently prohibit this luxury. Due to the size restrictions of most common couriers (UPS®, FedEx®, DHL®), the MEDISCAN unit must be shipped via private courier, which currently averages approximately $250.00 USD (one way). Unless fuel costs and courier surcharges drastically decrease, a complimentary MEDISCAN demo will NOT be economically feasible anytime soon.
If however, you are prepared to absorb all associated freight fees, we welcome all customers wishing to try a MEDISCAN demo and return it within a 30 day time frame.
The good news is that we have NEVER had an unsatisfied customer. All MEDISCAN clients have reported rock solid performance over many years of use. With some common sense handling and an occasional light cleaning (in the event your MEDISCAN gets soiled in the process of performing its duties scanning your laundry or trash), your MEDISCAN will provide a long life of quality service while in your employ.
